Elliott Locklair
Experience
Elliott has over 20 years’ experience in the civil and environmental design and consulting field, including a broad variety of project responsibilities from field work, to design, to cost estimating, and project management. His work has included planning, design, and management of plant facility improvements, production expansion, utility improvements, and environmental compliance. Elliott began providing noise control design with BRC in September, 2008, and was instrumental in establishing the Charleston office in January, 2009.
Elliott is a registered Professional Engineer in South Carolina and North Carolina.
