PSE Bakerview Substation
BRC conducted sound level measurements at Bakerview Substation in Bellingham, WA, to determine whether the facility was in compliance with allowable noise limits. Although sound levels were within allowable limits of the governing noise code (WAC 173-60), BRC developed measures to mitigate levels to conform to more stringent standards provided by Puget Sound Energy.
