This project is a renovation and addition to the existing College Activities Building (CAB) which serves as the on-campus social and community center. BRC provided design for architectural acoustics, mechanical noise control, and AV design, including technology and acoustical consulting for the relocation of KAOS, the campus radio station. The new station facility includes recording studios, broadcast performance studio, and editing suites. In addition to the radio station, the CAB building houses the main food service facility,
campus newspaper, various student organizations, book store, conference services,
child care center, and bike repair shop.
